It’s also a favorite salad of my family. The reason is simple. It’s easy to make yet tasty as you expect. The other is that this Italian salad is suitable to make at any time of the year. This low-carb Italian salad is great to eat on its own or serve with baked, roasted, grilled chicken, beef or shrimp. It depends! My family prefer eating it with grilled Cajun chicken. Chicken is cooked, then cut in bite-sized pieces, and added into the salad bowl. We also add cherry tomatoes and shredded lettuce into it. An irresistible side dish for daily meals and gatherings!
I’m not on any low-carb diet. I just love to try different meals, especially salads. And this Italian Keto salad gets me hooked. Packet of Italian dressing seasoning
- Chop up vegetables, pepperoni and cheese. Gather in a large bowl.
- Combine Italian dressing seasoning with olive oil in a bowl. Whisk well.
- Pour dressing over salad bowl. Mix to combine.
- Cover with plastic bag and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
