These Rainbow Candy Pops are an amazing summer treat! The reason is simple. They not only look impressive but also taste incredibly good. They’re additionally easy to make. Just with 3 ingredients, namely rainbow rope candy, sprite and vodka, you can definitely make these at home.

If you are a flavorful snack that’s also fun to eat, these rainbow candy pops are the way to go. When I served these at weekend gathering, both kids and adults fell for them.

Ingredients

  • 6 rainbow rope candies

  • 1/4 c. vodka

  • 2 c. sprite

Directions

  • Divide each rope into 4 to 5 small pieces.
  • Twist each section three or four times then press together the ends until they stick.
  • Place in popsicle mold and repeat about 4 times, until the entire popsicle mold is filled with candy.
  • Fill each mold with Sprite and vodka.
  • Freeze until solid, for 1 hour or two.
  • Serve!
