Buffalo Drumsticks
Chicken pairs perfectly with hot sauce. It makes the food much more delicious and impressive. These Buffalo Drumsticks are now one of my favorites. Chicken drumsticks are baked until crispy and cooked through, tossed in hot sauce and butter mixture, and broiled until crispy and golden. Coming out crispy and tangy, this chicken gets both kids and adults hooked. Ready to give them a try?

Ingredients
3 lb. chicken drumsticks
1/3 c. hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
1/3 c. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Ranch, for serving
Carrot sticks, for serving
celery sticks, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a large, rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and place a wire rack on top. Pat drumsticks dry.
- Add drumsticks, vegetable oil, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper to a large bowl, toss to completely combined.
- Transfer chicken onto wire rack and bake until crispy and cooked through, 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and preheat broiler.
- Mix together hot sauce and butter. Toss wings in sauce until coated, then transfer back onto baking sheet. Broil until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes more.
- Serve with ranch, carrots, and celery.
