2 cucumbers
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. bell pepper finely chopped
1 tbsp. onion finely chopped
1 tbsp. chives finely chopped
1 tsp dill weed
Directions
- Put cream cheese, pepper, chives, dill weed and onions in a mixing bowl. Toss to well combined and set aside.
- Cut cucumbers lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Spread each with prepared filling
- Slice again in 1-inch chunks. Serve immediately!
