Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, shredded

  • 8 corn tortillas

  • 1 cup Mexican cheese

  • 1 4 oz. can green chiles

  • salt and pepper

  • vegetable oil

Directions

  • Gather shredded chicken, green chiles, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Spread chicken onto corn tortilla. Then grab with tongs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Carefully place in tacos.
  • Rock back and forth until taco can lay down without opening up. Cook until tacos are done on both sides.
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain oil.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice (shredded lettuce, extra cheese,..)
  • Enjoy!
