minutesThese Mojitos are a perfect cocktail for scorching days of summer. As a lover of homemade drinks, I love sipping a glass at Mojitos at weekend.
Ingredients
6 oz. white rum, divided
1 (12-oz.) can seltzer
1/2 c. lime juice
3 tsp. granulated sugar, divided
1 bunch fresh mint
1/4 c. chopped pineapple
1/4 c. quartered strawberries
Ice
1/4 c. blueberries, plus more for garnish
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Strawberry, for garnish
Lime slices, for garnish
Directions
- Divide the lime juice evenly among three glasses.
- Add a teaspoon of sugar and two mint leaves to each glass.
- Add pineapple to one glass, strawberries to another, an blueberries to the third.
- Muddle fruit and mint, using the back of a wooden spoon.
- Fill each glass two-thirds full with ice cubes. Add 2 ounces rum to each glass and top with seltzer.
- Garnish with fruit, mint, and lime. Enjoy!
