Caprese Pasta Salad
Packed with flavors and textures, Caprese Pasta Salad is a perfect salad to make at any time, both scorching days of summer and freezing days of winter. Cooked fusilli, halved ciligini, halved grape tomatoes and thinly sliced basil come together then generously drizzled with flavorful homemade balsamic glaze. My family just get hooked with it from the moment we gave it a try. Yummy!

If you are finding a good pasta salad for dinner, just give this caprese pasta salad a go. It works well with my family, and hopefully you do, too.
- FOR PASTA SALAD
1 lb. fusilli, cooked
8 oz. ciligini, halved
2 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 c. thinly sliced basil, plus more for garnish
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
- FOR DRESSING
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Freshly ground black pepper
- Add fusilli, ciligini, tomatoes and basil to a large bowl. Mix to combine.
- Combine oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning and garlic in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with sliced basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
