Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, spiralized

  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil

  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes or more,

  • toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Add vinegar, honey, salt, sesame oil and chili flakes in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add cucumbers to bowl and toast to coat.
  • Top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until serve.
