Ingredients

  • 3 extra large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon Swerve (or stevia)

  • ⅓ cup find blanched almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon orange extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Gather almond flour, coconut flower, Swerve, and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add in eggs and sour cream. Stir to incorporated,
  • Add vanilla extract and orange add extracts and stir to combine.
  • Melt butter in cast iron skillet in oven until butter is bubbly.
  • Pour batter into butter pan. Stir to well combine.
  • Bring to oven and bake for 13-17 minutes until center is springy.
  • Serve immediately with fresh fruit and cream. Enjoy!
