Carolina BBQ Sauce
Making your BBQ sauce obsession to the next level with this Carolina BBQ Sauce. It’s a perfect mix of apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Coming out sweet and tangy, this sauce is great to drizzle over vegetable salad and add into meat, vegetable and fish dishes. Grilled chicken with Carolina BBQ sauce is a good example. Yummy!

Ingredients
1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. ketchup
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Gather apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, and whisk until combined.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has thickened and reduced by about a third, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before using or storing.
