3 extra large eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Swerve (or stevia)
⅓ cup find blanched almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon orange extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Gather almond flour, coconut flower, Swerve, and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add in eggs and sour cream. Stir to incorporated,
- Add vanilla extract and orange add extracts and stir to combine.
- Melt butter in cast iron skillet in oven until butter is bubbly.
- Pour batter into butter pan. Stir to well combine.
- Bring to oven and bake for 13-17 minutes until center is springy.
- Serve immediately with fresh fruit and cream. Enjoy!
