1 cucumber, sliced
1 can of Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna
1/3 cup of homemade coconut oil mayo
1/3 cup red onions, thinly chopped
fresh ground black pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
Directions
- Add coconut oil mayo, red onions, tuna, sea salt and black pepper in a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
- Scoop a spoon of tuna mixture onto cucumber slices.
- Garnish will parsley or dill. Serve immediately.
