2 cucumbers, spiralized
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp red chili flakes or more,
toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Add vinegar, honey, salt, sesame oil and chili flakes in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add cucumbers to bowl and toast to coat.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until serve.
