1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
Directions
- Add blueberries, kale, yogurt, banana, protein powder, oats, chia and 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
