Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby kale

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 scoop protein powder

Directions

  • Add blueberries, kale, yogurt, banana, protein powder, oats, chia and 1/2 cup ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
