Cabbage Hash Browns

Ingredients
2 cup shredded cabbage
2 large eggs
1/4 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Gather eggs, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Season with black pepper.
- Add cabbage and onion to bowl. Toss to combine.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide egg and cabbage mixture into 4 patties in pan. Press with spatula to flatten. Cook until golden and tender, about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve on its own or with a sauce of your choice.
