Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken

  • 3 cups chicken stock

  • 3 tbsp. taco seasoning

Directions

  • Gather all ingredients in an Instant Pot.
  • Seal instant pot, make sure that the steam release is set to sealed
  • Set to manual, high pressure for five minutes.
  • Once done, turn steam release to venting (quick release, not natural release).
  • Once float valve drops, about 10 more minutes, open pressure cooker. Shred with 2 forks.
  • Spread it onto taco shells. Drizzle with a favorite dressing. Serve!
