1 pound chicken
3 cups chicken stock
3 tbsp. taco seasoning
Directions
- Gather all ingredients in an Instant Pot.
- Seal instant pot, make sure that the steam release is set to sealed
- Set to manual, high pressure for five minutes.
- Once done, turn steam release to venting (quick release, not natural release).
- Once float valve drops, about 10 more minutes, open pressure cooker. Shred with 2 forks.
- Spread it onto taco shells. Drizzle with a favorite dressing. Serve!
