Cinnamon Bun Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup sultana raisins

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 1/3 cup cashew milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or other sweetener, to taste)

  • a pinch of salt


  • Add Greek yogurt and cashew milk together in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add in rolled oats, raisins, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt. Stir to well combined.
  • Pour mixture evenly into jars or a large container. Put lid on and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with whipped heavy cream, if preferred.
  • Serve cold or warm.
