1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup sultana raisins
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/3 cup cashew milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or other sweetener, to taste)
a pinch of salt
- Add Greek yogurt and cashew milk together in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add in rolled oats, raisins, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt. Stir to well combined.
- Pour mixture evenly into jars or a large container. Put lid on and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with whipped heavy cream, if preferred.
- Serve cold or warm.
