Crock Pot Queso
This Slow Cooker Queso is a perfect weekend meal. Coming out savory and tangy, this queso surely gets you hooked. It’s made with Velveeta, cotija, whole milk, jalapeños, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt. Gather all ingredients in the slow cooker and press the button for cooking. That’s all. 16 oz. Velveeta
1/2 c. cotija, plus more for garnish
2 jalapeños, 1 minced and 1 sliced
1 c. whole milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Tortilla chips, for serving
- Gather Velveeta, Cotija, milk, minced jalapeño, garlic, paprika, cayenne, and salt in a slow-cooker.
- Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours, until bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, Cotija, and sliced jalapeño.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
