2/3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp (dried) dill
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
