1 head cabbage, shredded or finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp. coriander powder
3/4 cup frozen or fresh green peas
1 inch ginger, grated
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and ginger; stir fry for a minute.
- Add cabbage, paprika, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and pour in 1/4 cup water.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes, until cabbage is fork tender.
- Add green peas and cook for another minute or too. Serve immediately.
