Keto Big Mac Salad

If you want chopped slaw, cooked broken burger and shredded cheddar to combine together, this Keto Big Mac salad is the way to go. Added into mayonnaise, diced tomatoes, dill relish and sesame seeds, this salad comes out nutritious and flavorful. That’s why my family all fall for it. We love it as a complete dinner at busy weekdays. Yummy!

This salad is not only perfect for keto and low-carb eaters but also great for salad lovers and beef addicts. Daily ingredients will not be the same when cooked in different ways. This make daily meal more appealing. As you are not a keto eater, you just need to watch your intake. A proper amount is always recommended. You may also serve it with more chopped veggies if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli slaw or shredded lettuce

  • 3 burgers, cooked

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1/3 cup dill relish

  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp onion powder

Directions

  • Break cooked burgers into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine other ingredients with burgers. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Serve.
