These Mojitos are a perfect cocktail for scorching days of summer. As a lover of homemade drinks, I love sipping a glass at Mojitos at weekend.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. white rum, divided

  • 1 (12-oz.) can seltzer

  • 1/2 c. lime juice

  • 3 tsp. granulated sugar, divided

  • 1 bunch fresh mint

  • 1/4 c. chopped pineapple

  • 1/4 c. quartered strawberries

  • Ice

  • 1/4 c. blueberries, plus more for garnish

  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

  • Strawberry, for garnish

  • Lime slices, for garnish

Directions

  • Divide the lime juice evenly among three glasses.
  • Add a teaspoon of sugar and two mint leaves to each glass.
  • Add pineapple to one glass, strawberries to another, an blueberries to the third.
  • Muddle fruit and mint, using the back of a wooden spoon.
  • Fill each glass two-thirds full with ice cubes. Add 2 ounces rum to each glass and top with seltzer.
  • Garnish with fruit, mint, and lime. Enjoy!
