This pub beer cheese is a delicious mix of cream cheese, cheddar, beer, chives, caraway seeds, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. beer, such as Guinness

  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar

  • 1 tbsp. chives

  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Gather all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with chives and serve with crackers or wafers. Enjoy!
