This pub beer cheese is a delicious mix of cream cheese, cheddar, beer, chives, caraway seeds, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
1/4 c. beer, such as Guinness
2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper
- Gather all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
