2 cups chicken, shredded
8 corn tortillas
1 cup Mexican cheese
1 4 oz. can green chiles
salt and pepper
vegetable oil
Directions
- Gather shredded chicken, green chiles, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Spread chicken onto corn tortilla. Then grab with tongs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Carefully place in tacos.
- Rock back and forth until taco can lay down without opening up. Cook until tacos are done on both sides.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain oil.
- Serve with toppings of your choice (shredded lettuce, extra cheese,..)
- Enjoy!
