Ingredients
5 slices cooked bacon, chopped
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Lettuce for wrapping
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded and chopped
1 avocado, diced
⅔ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp each garlic & onion powder
Celery seasoning to taste (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Add mayonnaise, garlic and onion powder, celery seasoning, and salt and pepper to a large bowl. Whisk well to combine.
- Stir in chicken, tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Mix well to coat.
- Scoop salad onto lettuce wrap. Roll up and serve. Enjoy!
