This Prosecco punch is great to serve with cinnamon rolls and breakfast strata. Its recipe is given here, just go for it if you get interested in.

Ingredients

• 3 c. pineapple juice

• 1 (750-mL.) bottle Prosecco

• 1 c. vanilla vodka

• 2 c. sliced pineapple

• 2 peaches, thinly sliced

• 3 c. seltzer water

• 3 c. ice

• 1/3 c. granulated sugar

• 10 wedges pineapple, for garnish

• 1/4 c. fresh mint, plus more for garnish

Directions

• Add pineapple juice, seltzer, Prosecco, vodka, pineapple slices, peaches, and mint to a punch bowl.
• Add ice and stir to combine.
• Wet the rim of glasses; using a wedge of pineapple. Dip rims in sugar, then fill glasses with punch.
• Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a sprig of mint. Serve.
