3 c. pineapple juice
1 (750-mL.) bottle Prosecco
1 c. vanilla vodka
2 c. sliced pineapple
2 peaches, thinly sliced
3 c. seltzer water
3 c. ice
1/3 c. granulated sugar
10 wedges pineapple, for garnish
1/4 c. fresh mint, plus more for garnish
- Add pineapple juice, seltzer, Prosecco, vodka, pineapple slices, peaches, and mint to a punch bowl.
- Add ice and stir to combine.
- Wet the rim of glasses; using a wedge of pineapple. Dip rims in sugar, then fill glasses with punch.
